FULL MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

INTRODUCTION
Welcome to the House of Joy Private Member Association (PMA). This Membership Agreement outlines the terms, rights, responsibilities, and expectations of all participating members. By completing your membership registration, submitting dues, or accessing any materials within the Association, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms below.
This agreement establishes a private, faith-based ministerial relationship between you and the House of Joy PMA.
1. PRIVATE MEMBER ASSOCIATION STATUS
House of Joy operates exclusively within the private domain as a Private Member Association and faith-based ministry community. All activities, coaching, trainings, communications, workshops, gatherings, and resources are provided only to members, and not to the public.
By joining the House of Joy PMA, you acknowledge that:
The Association exists outside the public commercial domain.
All interactions take place under private contractual and ministerial rights.
Membership is voluntary and based on shared faith-based values and goals.
You are not entering into a public client–provider, therapist–client, or doctor–patient relationship.
2. VOLUNTARY ENTRY INTO THE PRIVATE DOMAIN
By joining, you affirm that:
You are choosing to participate in a private, faith-centered Association.
You understand that participation is voluntary and based on your own spiritual interest and desire for community.
You consent to private communication, resources, and support from the Association and its representatives.
You retain the right to withdraw from the Association at any time.
3. PURPOSE OF THE HOUSE OF JOY PMA
The purpose of this Association is to:
Provide faith-based teaching, identity formation, biblical encouragement, and spiritual growth opportunities.
Offer a spiritually safe environment where women can heal, learn, and grow.
Deliver resources rooted in Scripture, joy, identity, neuroscience-based personal growth, and mind renewal.
Equip women for deeper relationship with God and greater purpose and leadership.
Build a private community where members support and encourage one another.
This PMA does not exist to replace professional counseling, therapy, medical treatment, or legal advice.
4. NATURE AND SCOPE OF SUPPORT
All offerings within the House of Joy PMA are:
Spiritual
Educational
Personal development–based
Faith-centered
Private
Voluntarily accessed
You understand that support may include:
Identity and joy-centered teaching
Scriptural encouragement
Devotionals & activations
Spiritual mentorship
Inner healing practices
Mind renewal exercises
Leadership and purpose development
Community gatherings
Courses, video series, worksheets, and creative workshops
Optional 1:1 or group coaching ONLY within the private domain
These offerings are not mental health services, therapy, medical treatment, or professional counseling.
5. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
You agree that:
You are responsible for your own emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.
You will seek licensed, professional help when needed.
Any decisions you make based on Association teachings or coaching are your personal responsibility.
You will reach out for emergency support through appropriate channels (911, crisis lines, licensed professionals) if in crisis.
The House of Joy PMA does not claim to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.
6. CONFIDENTIALITY & COMMUNITY SAFETY
As a member, you agree to:
Maintain confidentiality about other members’ stories and shared experiences.
Show respect, kindness, and compassion toward all members.
Refrain from harassment, slander, or divisive behavior.
Uphold the integrity, tone, and spiritual atmosphere of the community.
The Association reserves the right to revoke membership for behavior inconsistent with these values.
7. MEMBERSHIP DUES & CONTRIBUTIONS
Membership dues:
Are private contributions that support the operations, materials, administration, and ministry efforts of the House of Joy PMA.
Are not payments for public goods or services.
Are non-refundable.
Must be kept current to maintain access to the private member portal and resources.
Membership levels and dues explanations are provided inside the private portal, not publicly.
8. ACCESS TO TEACHINGS, COURSES, AND EVENTS
Your membership grants access to:
Courses & trainings
Teachings & devotionals
Live monthly gatherings
Workshops (member-only attendance)
Retreats (member-only eligibility)
Community space
Resource library
Additional optional pathways depending on membership level
The Association may add, change, or update offerings at any time.
9. PRIVATE COACHING WITHIN THE PMA
If you choose to participate in coaching inside the PMA, you understand:
Coaching is offered solely to members
Coaching is spiritual, identity-based, educational, and personal-growth focused
Coaching is not healthcare, counseling, or therapy
All coaching occurs under private ministerial jurisdiction
Separate agreements or intake forms may be required for 1:1 coaching pathways.
10. COMMUNICATION CONSENT
By joining, you consent to receive communication from the House of Joy PMA regarding:
Your membership
Access to the portal
Teachings and trainings
Community announcements
Resources, events, and opportunities
Private coaching pathways (if applicable)
You may unsubscribe from non-essential emails, but removing communication permissions may limit access to PMA updates.
11. TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP
You may end your membership at any time by written request.
The House of Joy PMA reserves the right to discontinue membership if:
Community guidelines are violated
Behavior threatens the safety or wellbeing of members
Dues become delinquent for an extended period
A member acts in a way that disrupts the integrity or spiritual environment of the community
Membership termination does not qualify for refunds.
12. PRIVATE JURISDICTION
By joining, you agree that:
All activities occur within the private domain of the PMA
Any disputes are handled privately within the Association
You accept the private ministerial jurisdiction of the House of Joy PMA
You waive the right to bring legal dispute into the public domain
This agreement is binding within the private Association only.
13. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By completing your registration, submitting dues, and/or accessing private member content, you acknowledge:
You have read this full Membership Agreement
You understand each section
You agree voluntarily and without coercion
You choose to enter the private domain of the House of Joy PMA
You accept all terms and responsibilities stated herein
This agreement becomes effective immediately upon joining.
Structured as a Private Member Association and a Faith-Based Ministry, the information on our site is intended for members of the private association and ministry affiliates. The Association/Ministry is governed solely by our Bylaws and Ecclesiastical Law.
Written Membership Applications are available upon request.

Please know, all actions through this page and the websites; awakenjoyskincare.com, awakenjoyleadership.com, dept88.org, and all extended landing pages, are Private transactions between House of Joy and its implied members. A purchase is agreement of membership.
HOUSE OF JOY - A Private Ministerial Association By joining House of Joy, a Private Ministerial Association and/or any website or Social Media Group started by, created by, maintained, or organized by the Association, I agree to the terms and conditions of House of Joy, a Private Ministerial Association, agreement as follows.
1. This Association of members declares that our objective is to
allow the Private Ministerial Association Founders and all Private Ministerial Association members with a platform in which to conduct all manner of private business with the Association and with other Associations and Association members, keeping all business in the private domain and utilizing the protections guaranteed by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), and the Constitutions to conduct business in private and to
provide a platform for members to conduct business in the private domain under all protections acknowledged and guaranteed by the Constitution of the united states of America, and any previous protections guaranteed.
2. We believe that the Holy Scriptures, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the Constitution of the united states of America, the various Constitutions of the several states of the union, and the Canadian Bill of Rights guarantees our members the rights of absolute freedom of religion, free speech, petition, assembly, and the right to gather together for the lawful purpose of helping one another in asserting our rights protected by those Constitutions, Canadian Bill of Rights and Statutes, in addition to the rights to be free from unreasonable search and seizure, the right to not incriminate ourselves, and the right to freely exercise all other unalienable rights as granted by our Creator, our Almighty God and guaranteed by those Constitutions, Canadian Bill of Rights and Statutes. WE HEREBY Declare that we are exercising our right of “freedom of association” as guaranteed by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the Constitution of the united states of America and equivalent provisions of the various State Constitutions, as well as the Canadian Bill of Rights. This means that our Association activities are restricted to the private domain only and outside of the jurisdiction of government entities, agencies, officers, agents, contractors, and other representatives as provided by law.
3. We declare the basic right of all of our members to decide for themselves which Association members could be expected to give wise counsel and advice concerning all matters including, but not limited to physical, spiritual, and mental health care assistance, law, and any other matter and to accept from those members any and all counsel, advice, tips, whom we feel are able to properly advise and assist us.
4. We expect the freedom to choose and perform for ourselves the types of therapies and treatments that we think best for diagnosing, treating and preventing illness and disease and for achieving and maintaining optimum wellness, as well as the freedom to choose for ourselves any types of assistance which may be made regarding law and any other private business activity.
5. The mission of this Association is to provide members with a forum to conduct business between members in the private domain with the protections guaranteed within the aforesaid Constitution, Canadian Bill of Rights, and all other protections, remaining fully intact.
6. The Association will recognize any person(s), natural or otherwise (irrespective of race, color, or religion) who have joined this Association or any social media group organized, created, or managed by this Association and is in agreement with these principles and policies as a member of this Association, providing said person has not been sanctioned, exercised, or otherwise banned by the Association, and will provide a medium through which its individual members may associate for actuating and bringing to fruition the purposes heretofore declared.
7. Membership to this Association, "House of Joy", and any of its groups may be terminated by the Association Trustees or their designee, at any time, should they conclude that a specific member is interacting with them or any other members in a way that is contrary or detrimental to the focus, principles, and betterment of this Association.
8. I understand that, since The Association is protected by the First and Fourteenth Amendments to the Constitution of the united states of America, it is outside the jurisdiction and authority of Federal and State Agencies and Authorities concerning any and all complaints or grievances against The Association members or other staff persons. All rights of complaints or grievances will be settled by an Association designee, committee, or tribunal and will be waived by the member for the benefit of The Association and its members. By agreeing to this membership form I agree that I have sought sufficient education to determine that this is the course of action I want to take for myself.
9. I agree to join House of Joy, a Private Ministerial Association under common law, whose members seek to help each other achieve improved spiritual health, better physical health, and good quality of life
(A) I am voluntarily changing my capacity from that of a public person to that of a private member.
My activities within The Association are a private contractual matter that I refuse to share with the Local, State, or Federal investigative or enforcement agencies. I fully agree not to pursue any course of legal action against a fellow member of The Association, unless that member has exposed me to a clear and present danger of substantive evil, and upon the recommendation and approval of the Association.
10. I enter into this agreement of my own free will without any pressure or coercion. I affirm that I do not represent any Local, State or Federal agency whose purpose is to regulate and approve products or services, or to carry out any mission of enforcement, entrapment or investigation. I have read and understood this document, and my questions have been answered fully to my satisfaction. I understand that I can withdraw from this agreement and terminate my membership in this Association at any time, and that my membership can and will be revoked if I engage in abusive, violent, menacing, destructive or harassing behavior towards any other member of The Association. These pages consist of the entire agreement for my membership in The Association.
I agree this contract began on the date of my joining "House of Joy". I declare that by joining this Association and/or the Associations websites and/or social media group(s), I have carefully read the whole of this document and I understand and agree with it.
